You are looking at a Porcelain
English Davenport " Maiden Hair Fern" Compote
c 1810
It is in very good condition concidering the age of this piece. There are a few paint chips on the handles and along the rim. There is one chip on the side that has created a hair line about 2" down the side and some yellowing in the inside of the bowl. It has a very beatiful Brown and White flower design and measures 10 3/4" handle to handle by 7 3/4" across. It stands 4 1/2" tall and is 2 1/2" deep.
